Reviews and Ratings
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were clean, but the constant noise from the restaurant above was quite bothersome, affecting my rating. The pool area was nice, though.
I had a great experience at this hotel. The staff was lovely and the room was beautiful, but it did have a lingering smell that wasn't the best. The location was perfect for our visit, being close to the event we came to see in Pikeville, KY, and having convenient shopping centers nearby. It was a bit disappointing to find out the restaurant on-site had closed a few months earlier, but having dinner options within the same location was convenient. The vintage vibe of the area was cool, although the exterior of the building looked a bit run-down.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, although a bit small and with some noise in the evenings, were clean and matched my preferences. The service was friendly, especially the gentleman at check-in. The location was perfect for my needs, being close to various attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, with good coffee available in the lobby. The outside of the building looked a bit shabby, but the overall value for money was decent.
